Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • Requests made more than 24 hours after the delivery.

  • Minor variations in flower color or arrangement style due to seasonal availability (this is stated in our product descriptions).
