Blossom Surprise gives you three ways to get your flowers: same-day local hand delivery across Northampton and Milton Keynes, next-day tracked courier delivery across the UK mainland, and free 24-hour click and collect from our Northampton studio.

Every bouquet is hand-tied fresh at our Northampton studio on the day of your order. Nothing sits on a shelf. Nothing is mass-produced.

Same-Day Local Delivery

Where We Deliver

We hand-deliver up to 25 miles from our Northampton studio. That covers all NN postcodes and Milton Keynes MK postcodes, including Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby, Daventry, Towcester, Brackley, Rushden, Oundle, Thrapston, Market Harborough, and the surrounding villages.

Cut-Off Time

Order by 5:30 PM for same-day delivery. This applies seven days a week, every day of the year including Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. No exceptions.

Delivery Window

We deliver between 7:30 AM and 8:30 PM on the same day. We cannot promise an exact time in that window, but a late order placed before 5:30 PM can still arrive the same evening.

Local delivery is priced by distance from our Northampton studio:

• 10 to 15 miles: £2.99
• 15 to 25 miles: £4.99

UK Next-Day Delivery

We send flowers across the UK mainland by overnight tracked courier (DPD). Your bouquet is hand-arranged in Northampton and dispatched for delivery on the next available day.

Delivery Days and Cut-Off

Next-day delivery runs Tuesday to Saturday. Order by 2:00 PM the day before your delivery day:

• Order by 2 PM Monday, delivered Tuesday
• Order by 2 PM Tuesday, delivered Wednesday
• Order by 2 PM Wednesday, delivered Thursday
• Order by 2 PM Thursday, delivered Friday
• Order by 2 PM Friday, delivered Saturday

We do not run next-day courier delivery on Sundays or Mondays. Orders placed over the weekend are delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery Window

Courier deliveries usually arrive between 7 AM and 1 PM. You get tracking notifications at dispatch and on the delivery day.

Pricing

• Tuesday to Friday delivery: FREE, no minimum order
• Saturday delivery: £4.50 (order by 2 PM Friday)

Advance Delivery

You can pick a specific future delivery date at checkout. Plan ahead for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, or any occasion you want to get right. There is no limit on how far ahead you can order.

Bank Holidays

Bank holidays are treated as non-working days for courier dispatch. If your delivery falls around a bank holiday, pick your preferred date with the date-picker at checkout.

Funeral Flower Delivery

We deliver funeral tributes across all NN postcodes, including directly to Northampton funeral directors and to Northampton Crematorium, Far Cotton (NN4).

For standard tributes such as wreaths and posies, we ask for 24 hours' notice where possible. For coffin sprays, letter tributes, or bespoke designs, 48 to 72 hours is preferred. For urgent same-day funeral flowers, contact us directly and we will advise on what is possible.

When ordering, include the deceased's name, the funeral director's name and address, and the service date and time in the delivery notes.

What happens if I miss the 5:30 PM cut-off?

You have two options: place a click and collect order and collect from our shop at any time, or order for next-day UK courier delivery. Our Northampton shop is open 24 hours a day.

Do you deliver to Milton Keynes?

Yes. All MK postcodes are within our same-day local delivery area. Order by 5:30 PM.

Do you deliver to Kettering, Corby, or Wellingborough?

Yes. Kettering (NN14, NN15, NN16), Corby (NN17, NN18), and Wellingborough (NN8, NN9, NN10, NN29) are all within our same-day delivery area. Order by 5:30 PM.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Yes. Use the date-picker at checkout to select any future date for UK courier delivery. Ideal for planning ahead for birthdays, anniversaries, or Mother's Day.

Is click and collect really free?
